Why did you pursue event planning and coordination?

I’ve always been the ‘organised one’ and the ‘planner’ of the group, and after helping out at a few weddings, I realised it was something I was really good at! I framed a note that my Grandad wrote for me when I was choosing what to do at University, which says ‘choose a job that you love and you will never work a day in your life.’ I would see it every day and never thought that could be real life…until I took a leap of faith and joined Pristine Events!

Why do you love events/wedding planning?

Being part of someone’s special day and helping them live out what they’ve dreamed of is what it’s all about! My first full planning couple will always hold a special place in my heart…we truly went on a journey together and seeing how happy they were with the end result was amazing.

What do you bring to the team?

I feel I’m quite detail oriented and really come into my own when quick thinking and decision making is needed. I also bring a good supply of snacks with me to get us through the day!

When you’re not coordinating or planning, what are you most likely doing?

I’m usually spending time with friends and family or at a gym class - although no class comes close to being on your feet at an Event all day! Watching home organisation reels are also a guilty pleasure of mine - you can never have too many storage bins, am I right?!
