Why did you pursue event planning and coordination?

I’ve always been detail-oriented and organised, which naturally translated into event planning. After Priya and I got married, we realised how much we enjoyed the process of bringing a vision to life and creating memorable experiences for others. Our wedding inspired us to start our own coordination company, combining my logistical skills with Priya’s creativity to help couples and clients celebrate their special moments stress-free.

Why do you love events/wedding planning?

I love event and wedding planning because it allows me to create seamless and memorable experiences for guests. I focus on the catering, guest management and hospitality side, ensuring that every detail—from the menu to the flow of service—enhances the celebration. Seeing guests enjoy themselves and couples fully immerse in their special day without stress is incredibly rewarding. It’s a perfect blend of organisation, attention to detail, and the joy of bringing people together.

What do you bring to the team?

I bring organisation, strong logistics, and problem-solving skills to the team, ensuring every event runs smoothly. But beyond that, I also bring humor and positive energy! Weddings and events can be stressful, so I love keeping the couple and our team laughing and enjoying the process. A well-planned event is important, but so is making the journey fun and memorable for everyone involved.

When you’re not coordinating or planning, what are you most likely doing?

Whether it’s trying out a new recipe, catching up with loved ones, or planning the next getaway, I’m always looking for ways to enjoy life and create great experiences—both in and out of work!
