Why did you pursue event planning and coordination?

Having got married myself, I know that sometimes you can just feel like ‘another’ wedding to some suppliers. I never want our couples to feel like that. I want them to know I care about EVERY detail. If they want to walk in at 0.42 seconds of their entrance song, you bet I’m there with a stopwatch to make sure they do. I started Pristine to provide couples with a team that’s an extension of themselves, that will go above and beyond to make bring their dream event to life.

Why do you love events/wedding planning?

My mum brought me up to believe life is too short not to celebrate so I grew up celebrating everything- from graduation parties and afternoon teas to throwing my dog birthday ‘pawties’ and having themed 4th July garden gatherings! I love the feeling of bringing people together and making memories, and that’s exactly what I’m known for across our family and friends. I also love love! I am an absolute hopeless romantic and the feeling of seeing the Bride walk down the aisle, will get me. Every. Single. Time. I love working with people and getting to know all of our fabulous couples whilst we help them create memories of a lifetime is a true privilege!

What do you bring to the team?

I am super creative and so love brainstorming with couples on how to show their personalities or their love story in their wedding. I’m also super organised so have ensured everything we plan has systems and strategies to ensure we are as efficient and seamless as possible. I also am super enthusiastic and have been told I am a ‘wedding fairy godmother’ on the day, being your biggest cheerleader, taking care of your every need and keeping you smiling.

When you’re not coordinating or planning, what are you most likely doing?

Either on holiday or planning my next holiday! I am absolutely obsessed with travelling; exploring new countries, cultures and food and that sense of adventure!
