Designed for couples planning a destination wedding who want structured support without full planning, this service offers expert advice, supplier recommendations, and logistical oversight. With thoughtful coordination and clear direction, we help bring your vision together seamlessly in your chosen location.

Planning & Strategy:

  • 3 months worth of planning support

  • Regular scheduled planning virtual meetings

  • Dedicated WhatsApp group with your lead destination planner(s) for direct communication regarding logistics and supplier matters

  • Clear budget guidance and financial oversight

  • Guidance on priorities, timelines, and decision making

Suppliers:

  • Sourcing (up to 3 suppliers)

  • Briefing and managing all wedding suppliers 1 site visit for 1-2 team members (not inclusive of travel and accommodation)

Logistics & Coordination:

  • Detailed wedding timelines for all key suppliers and wedding party members

  • Guest management support, including logistics and flow Full on-the-day coordination and hosting
